Early Childhood Educator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an integral member of our nursery setting, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-6 years.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment that fosters learning and development in young children.

The successful candidate will have a University Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as experience working with young children and a good understanding of child development.

You will be responsible for creatively planning engaging lessons, developing strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of children's progress and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creatively plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-6 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and experiences
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum
  • Practice positive behaviour management techniques to promote a safe and respectful atmosphere
Requirements
  • University Degree - Ideally B.Ed (Early Childhood Education)
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (Desirable)
