Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent, Culture & Operations Officer to join our growing and global team at Formee Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused professional who is passionate about building strong, inclusive workplace cultures and driving operational excellence across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Employee Lifecycle Management 

  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for team in India. 
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into the team 
  • Maintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data 

2. Talent Acquisition 

  • Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles 
  • Source, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviews 
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms 

3. Policy & Compliance Management 

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws in India 
  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations 
  • Manage compliance related to tax filings, employee benefits, and payroll in coordination with Finance 

4. Culture & Engagement 

  • Foster a people-first, values-driven culture across all teams 
  • Implement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition efforts 
  • Support DEI efforts and promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion 

5. Compensation & Payroll 

  • Liaise with Finance for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance in India 
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits management across regions 

6. Training & Development 

  • Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs 
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement learning pathways 
  • Track and report on training outcomes 

7. Reporting & Operations 

  • Prepare regular HR dashboards and metrics for leadership 
  • Support audits and provide operational support to the People & Culture function 
  • Work across departments to improve processes and drive efficiency 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certifications like SHRM/CHRM/CIPD are a plus) 
  • Experience: 3-4 years in HR or People & Culture roles 
  • Knowledge of: Indian labour laws (mandatory) 
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Zoho, payroll tools, and Microsoft Suite 
  • Soft Skills: 
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) 
  • Problem-solving mindset 
  • High emotional intelligence and confidentiality 
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management
