across Americas EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role Position Title Analyst Senior Analyst TL C Corporate Title Analyst Senior Analyst GHR Reporting to Rakshit Ranya Location Bengaluru Job Profile Position details This position is designed to support and enhance the organization s HR functions by focusing on employee experience learning and development and talent management The role will implement and manage employee engagement programs support the design and delivery of learning solutions and contribute to talent management initiatives such as succession planning and performance management The position ensures effective collaboration with HR teams business stakeholders and external vendors to drive HR strategies and improve overall employee satisfaction and development Roles and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following Employee Experience Implement and manage employee engagement programs Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements Support new-hire orientation and onboarding programs Coordinate recognition and reward programs Learning Development Manage learning and development processes including course logistics and scheduling Design develop deliver and measure training programs Collaborate with business stakeholders to create high-quality online learning Support the collection and analysis of feedback on learning activities Talent Management Support talent management programs including succession planning promotions and performance management Participate in talent reviews and workforce planning initiatives Create and maintain talent management documentation and reports Collaborate on the implementation of talent development initiatives General Liaise with HR Business Partners HR Solutions and business units to gather information and escalate discrepancies Ensure effective collaboration with HR teams business stakeholders and external vendors Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions Job Requirements Work Experience 3-5 yrs experience Exposure to employee experience programs learning and development and talent management Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is a plus Experience with HR analytics and data analysis Exposure to talent review succession planning workforce planning and performance management Experience in a complex and or global environment is a plus Skills and experience Functional Technical Competencies Essential Demonstrable Strengths Culture Engagement Understanding of survey processes and tools Knowledge of methods for assessing employee engagement and satisfaction Familiarity with employee retention and recognition programs Exposure to job-attitude theories and principles Learning Development Knowledge of learning and development best practices Experience with Learning Management Systems LMS and HR Information Systems HRIS Strong project and administrative management skills Exposure to digital learning tools and compliance-related training Talent Management Basic knowledge of talent management principles and tools Exposure to performance review and talent development processes Familiarity with workforce planning and HR management systems General Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced capabilities with MS Office Word PowerPoint Excel Ability to manage logistics including booking scheduling and negotiating Solid attention to detail and experience working with large data sets Education Qualifications Education Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience Certifications Preferred but not essential Certified Professional in Learning and Performance CPLP Certified Professional in Training Management CPTM Certified Training and Development Professional CTDP Certified Professional in Online Learning COP Personal Requirements Results driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and a proactive motivated approach Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in complex organizational structures and drive progress Excellent time
