Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent, Culture & Operations Officer to join our growing and global team at Formee Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused professional who is passionate about building strong, inclusive workplace cultures and driving operational excellence across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for team in India.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into the team
- Maintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data
2. Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviews
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms
3. Policy & Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to employment laws in India
- Draft and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations
- Manage compliance related to tax filings, employee benefits, and payroll in coordination with Finance
4. Culture & Engagement
- Foster a people-first, values-driven culture across all teams
- Implement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition efforts
- Support DEI efforts and promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion
5. Compensation & Payroll
- Liaise with Finance for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance in India
- Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits management across regions
6. Training & Development
- Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs
- Collaborate with global teams to implement learning pathways
- Track and report on training outcomes
7. Reporting & Operations
- Prepare regular HR dashboards and metrics for leadership
- Support audits and provide operational support to the People & Culture function
- Work across departments to improve processes and drive efficiency
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certifications like SHRM/CHRM/CIPD are a plus)
- Experience: 3-4 years in HR or People & Culture roles
- Knowledge of: Indian labour laws (mandatory)
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Zoho, payroll tools, and Microsoft Suite
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Problem-solving mindset
- High emotional intelligence and confidentiality
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management
