Job Description

The People and Culture Advisor serves as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, ensuring that talent is empowered to grow and innovate.

This role collaborates across talent functions to champion organizational culture and support career development for all employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate advice and support to managers and employees on People and Culture policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Support the development and delivery of organizational and learning and development programs.
  • Administer employee programs, including employee resource groups, philanthropic efforts, grant-funded training (when applicable), and professional development.
  • Maintain People and Culture information and record management systems.
  • Provide support in managing employee relations matters, workers compensation, learning and development, and employee onboarding.
Education And Experience

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required. Additionally, two+ years of experience in HR, learning and development, or a related field is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
  • Basic understanding of talent development, project management, and employee engagement concepts.
  • Proficiency in 0365 applications and instructional design.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
