Kai Early Years is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing day to day accounting operations, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.

Qualification & Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in an educational institution)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google drive, sheets and Tally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of managing day-to-day accounting operations
  • Preparing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Handling fee collections, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Maintaining audit petty cash and expense records
  • Ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining vendor accounts
  • Coordinating with auditors and support in financial audits
  • Compiling and analyzying financial statements
  • Complying with statutory requirements like TDS, GST, PF/ESIC, etc.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all interactions, maintaining integrity as a core value.
