Talent Acquisition Lead

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of our region. Your primary objective will be to drive effective recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and foster diversity across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will collaborate closely with local leaders to understand strategic growth plans and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • You will leverage market intelligence data to develop targeted recruitment strategies for both experienced and early career roles, ensuring each location has a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Proactive sourcing efforts will be driven through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, and early careers initiatives to increase candidate volume.
  • You will stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to inform your approach.
  • Talent Acquisition tools and processes will be optimized, and talent market trends will be closely monitored to ensure competitiveness.
