Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy.

The primary responsibility of this position is to source high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization. This involves collaborating closely with recruiters to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring that the right people are hired for the right roles.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as be well-versed in creating engaging content to attract top talent. Proficiency in using Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables, is also essential.

You will be responsible for managing candidate relationships, from initial contact to onboarding, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Talent acquisition experience through various job portals like Naukri, iimjobs, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in using Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables
  • Familiarity with PAN India sourcing for roles such as Finance, IT, Legal, Sales & Marketing, and Manufacturing profiles
