  • Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
