Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan that aligns with our workforce plans and drives business results.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisitioning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR COE members to maintain best practices and deliver exceptional recruitment experiences.
  • Utilize recruitment dashboards to track and report on key performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performing team in a dynamic environment, promoting growth and engagement amongst team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive talent acquisition experience and substantial people management experience.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition leader or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
