Job Summary

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead will lead, coach, and empower a team of recruitment specialists who provide end-to-end recruitment support to the India business.

  • Effectively utilize talent acquisition data and reporting to monitor and drive compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership that fosters an exceptional customer experience and strives to achieve a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Ensure operational delivery embeds service level agreements and KPI measures, with data interpretation defining, scoping, and enabling continuous improvement measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline.
  • Ideal experience ranging 10-15 years.
  • Leadership experience in Talent Acquisition functions within mid-size or large multinational organizations, with international recruitment services delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-large teams, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
