Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to spearhead our Internal India Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will define a strategy that serves the talent demand of the organization.

  • Ensure operational processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Establish relationships with domestic and global business stakeholders to understand demand and deliver.
  • Communicate process and benefits to key stakeholders, including changes and new initiatives.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity.
  • Elevate performance optimization of all team members, set KPIs, develop plans, and provide mentoring.
  • Recruit, induct, and train new team members as needed.
  • Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units.
  • Represent the organization to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation of recruitment best practice.
  • Drive DE&I integration into TAP operations.
  • Owning internal mobility strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
  • A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Successful experience in multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and predict trends.
  • Degree educated or equivalent is highly desirable.
