Strategic Operations Leader

As a vital partner to the founding team, you will serve as a key advisor and strategic enabler, driving business growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define and implement the company's strategic roadmap, focusing on growth in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional communication.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiatives with an emphasis on business growth.
  • Advise the founding team on strategic and operational matters, support team skill development, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.


Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a founder's office, business analyst, project management, or analytics role in a high-growth environment, preferably within a SaaS or consumer start-up.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to synthesize complex goals into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high level of organization.
