Job Title: Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about scaling businesses and driving growth.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that will be responsible for supporting the Founders in developing and executing business strategy across all aspects of the organization, including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising: Provide strategic guidance to the Founders on key business decisions.
  • Project Management: Own and manage projects that drive commercial growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Identify and solve high-impact problems that require cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership: Lead company-wide initiatives and drive revenue and capacity planning.
  • Metrics and Dashboards: Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong passion for joining a startup in its early stages.
  • An interest in getting deep into sales/commercial strategy and contributing to growth.
  • A structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking approach.
  • A comfort level in a fluid, ambiguous environment.
