Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective compensation structures and incentive programs.
  • Lead budgeting and financial impact analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Benchmark compensation programs using refined market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations.
  • Drive digitization and governance in reward programs.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and manage large-scale change programs.
  • Engage with stakeholders and develop communication strategies.

This role offers the opportunity to influence compensation strategy across global entities, working on solutions that are ahead of the industry curve.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in compensation design, executive remuneration, incentive plans, HR due diligence, and M&A.

We seek a seasoned professional with 14–18 years of experience, preferably with an MBA from a top B-School and global exposure across 2–3 geographies.
