- Lead strategic initiatives and manage large-scale change programs.
- Engage with stakeholders and develop communication strategies.
This role offers the opportunity to influence compensation strategy across global entities, working on solutions that are ahead of the industry curve.
Requirements:- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in compensation design, executive remuneration, incentive plans, HR due diligence, and M&A.
We seek a seasoned professional with 14–18 years of experience, preferably with an MBA from a top B-School and global exposure across 2–3 geographies.
