Role: Principal – Compensation & Benefits

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 14–18 years (with 6–7 years in core C&B domain)

Education: MBA from a top B-School is Preferred

Preferred: Female candidates with global exposure across 2–3 geographies

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement compensation structures, incentive programs, and hiring grids
- Lead budgeting, financial impact analysis, and scenario planning
- Benchmark compensation programs using refined market intelligence
- Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations
- Drive digitization and governance in reward programs
- Lead strategic initiatives and manage large-scale change programs
- Engage with stakeholders and develop communication strategies

Desired Skills:
