Compensation and Benefits Analyst
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Compensation and Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits policies and procedures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent for our operations in India.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.
- Design and implement job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.
- Manage the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.
- Lead the annual performance management cycle.
- Develop short-term and long-term incentive programs.
- Create best-in-class benefits portfolios.
- Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs.
- Provide training on compensation and benefits for managers and employees.
- Develop employee communication strategies to ensure employees understand their total compensation package.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage and motivate a team.
