
Compensation and Benefits Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional to lead our compensation and benefits process. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and managing performance appraisal systems, short-term incentive plans, salary benchmarking, benefits benchmarking & renewals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the compensation and benefits process.
- Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Develop and implement short-term incentive plans.
- Benchmark salaries and benefits.
- Analyze benefits program data to make recommendations for management.
- Provide analytical support on pay trends, cost of labor, and salary packages.
- Assist in developing budget requirements and controlling expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
