Job Description

The role of a Compensation and Benefits Analyst is to develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing compensation and benefits policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.
  • Designing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.
  • Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.
  • Leading the annual performance management cycle.
  • Creating short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Developing best-in-class benefits portfolios.
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs.
  • Providing compensation training for managers and employees.
  • Developing employee communication strategies to ensure understanding of total compensation package.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.
  • Strong leadership skills.
