Job Title: Senior Manager
The ideal candidate will lead the design, management and delivery of competitive compensation programs that attract, retain and motivate talent while balancing individual contribution and people leadership.
About this role:
This position is responsible for driving alignment of compensation strategy with larger business goals, focusing on cost optimization, margin improvement and sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage compensation structures, salary ranges and pay frameworks across geographies.
- Lead annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity).
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay competitiveness analysis and compensation surveys to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance on complex compensation cases (offers, retention packages, pay equity).
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align compensation practices with business strategy.
- Develop executive and board-level materials to support C&B strategy and outcomes.
BENEFITS
Oversee design, implementation and administration of employee benefit programs (healthcare, retirement, insurance, wellness etc.). Evaluate benefit vendors and negotiate cost-effective high-value employee offerings. Manage benefits effectively in line with company policies and compliance requirements.">
Requirements and qualifications:
This role requires a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior advisory role. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in global compensation frameworks, incentive design and benefits management.
