Job Title: Total Rewards Professional

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual merit increase and bonus payout cycles by preparing, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining total rewards policies and frameworks aligned with global standards.
  • Assist in creating and updating global templates and simulation models for salary analysis and benchmarking.
  • Conduct thorough audits across multiple currencies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Lead participation in Mercer TRS surveys and other salary benchmarking exercises to drive consistency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide analytical support for policies and compensation-related programs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in a core Compensation & Benefits role, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement across regions.
  • Experience working on global projects and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Mercer TRS and other compensation benchmarking tools is a strong advantage.
