Compensation Specialist

Job Title: Total Rewards Professional
Key Responsibilities- Support the annual merit increase and bonus payout cycles by preparing, analyzing, and reporting data.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining total rewards policies and frameworks aligned with global standards.
- Assist in creating and updating global templates and simulation models for salary analysis and benchmarking.
- Conduct thorough audits across multiple currencies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead participation in Mercer TRS surveys and other salary benchmarking exercises to drive consistency and alignment.
- Collaborate with regional HR leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide analytical support for policies and compensation-related programs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- 5-8 years of experience in a core Compensation & Benefits role, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement across regions.
- Experience working on global projects and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Mercer TRS and other compensation benchmarking tools is a strong advantage.
