Job Title: Compensation Specialist
\Our organization is seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to manage end-to-end compensation processing for a large workforce.
\The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and at least 13 years of experience in compensation management with strong knowledge of Indian income tax laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
\We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and team management capabilities, and high attention to detail and accuracy. They should also be able to implement and maintain compensation systems and software, lead system upgrades and automation initiatives, and collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity and security.
\As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of compensation specialists and compliance officers, conducting training sessions on compensation policies and statutory updates, and setting performance goals and monitoring KPIs for compensation operations.
\Key responsibilities include analyzing compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, preparing and presenting compensation reports to senior management, and supporting financial audits and providing necessary documentation.
