Senior Recruiter – BFSI Mandates (Remote)

Compensation: ₹50,000–60,000 per month (CTC ~₹6–7 LPA)

Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment (BFSI focus required)

Location: Fully Remote (India)

We are a leadership hiring & executive search firm specializing in BFSI and high-impact mandates. We work with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and consulting firms on senior-level searches across Treasury, Risk, Audit, Finance, and Compliance. Our approach is high-touch, research-driven, and focused on quality over volume.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (BFSI) who can independently deliver mandates end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, ownership-driven environment and wants to take accountability for consistent closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently run BFSI mandates: from intake briefing to closure.
  • Conduct structured market mapping & build longlists across varied BFSI functions.
  • Source and headhunt senior professionals using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Engage candidates via strong first-level conversations, pitch roles persuasively, and build trust.
  • Generate referrals and build candidate networks for sustained pipeline strength.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage client/candidate expectations, and ensure smooth closure.
  • Maintain data hygiene, trackers, and compliance in a fully remote setting.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience with BFSI mandates (Treasury, Risk, Audit, Finance, Compliance, CXO).
  • Proven track record of sourcing via LinkedIn, boolean search, market mapping, and referrals.
  • Strong phone presence: confident, articulate, and able to influence senior professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to close roles independently without constant supervision.
  • Comfort working in a remote setup with high accountability.
