Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality talent within tight timelines. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and optimizing the hiring process through data-driven recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized sourcing strategies.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals).
  • Drive the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS data accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in target industries.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in IT and Non-IT hiring, across mid to senior-level positions.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement and quality hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Experience in leadership or niche hiring.
  • Exposure to recruitment automation tools and advanced sourcing methodologies.
