About the Job:
Exp: 6 months - 1year ( Mass hiring, BPO hiring, Bulk hiring )

Education: Graduate

**Responsibilities**:

- Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment mainly for BPO Clients.
- Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions
- Is well seasoned with bulk-hiring

**Requirements**:

- Excellent in English Communication both verbal and written
- Is comfortable with High target chasing on a monthly basis.
- Has done recruitment for BPO companies
- Is experienced with lot of outbound/ cold calling on a daily basis
