We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility, growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract positions in the U.S. market.
  • Source, screen, and qualify W2 candidates only (no C2C) — specifically U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements, job descriptions, and staffing models.
  • Schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and close candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM system.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment for the U.S. staffing market.
  • Hands-on experience with contract positions and W2 hiring (strictly no corp-to-corp).
  • Strong track record of placing U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. time zones and ability to work accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to consistently meet monthly placement targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
