Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Developer Hiring)

To support this, we're looking for an experienced **Technical Recruiter** who can take full ownership of the hiring pipeline—from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews.


**Role Overview**

You will be responsible for finding, screening, and shortlisting skilled developers (front-end, back-end, and full-stack) who match our technical and cultural requirements. Your goal is to ensure that only the most qualified and motivated candidates are presented for final interviews with our team.


**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with us to understand our hiring needs and define developer role requirements.

* Create and post job ads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Indeed, etc.).

* Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other talent databases.

* Screen resumes and portfolios for technical accuracy and relevance.

* Conduct **initial interviews** (video/phone) to assess technical skills, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

* Use coding assessments, technical questions, or platforms like HackerRank/CodeSignal (if needed).

* Provide a shortlist of qualified, pre-screened developers along with interview notes and evaluation.

* Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure smooth communication with applicants.

* Represent our company professionally and positively to attract top talent.


**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a **Technical Recruiter** (agency or in-house), specifically in hiring software developers.

* Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., JavaScript, React, , Python, DevOps, etc.).

* Ability to **screen candidates technically** (understanding developer portfolios, GitHub repos, or code samples).

* Experience conducting structured interviews with technical and behavioral focus.

* Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, GitHub, Stack Overflow).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.


**Nice to Have**

* Background in software development or computer science.

* Experience hiring for **remote, distributed teams**.

* Familiarity with startup/scale-up environments.
