**Freelance Technical Recruiter**

- Utilize **Naukri, Shine**, and other recruitment platforms to source top technical talent.
- Conduct **resume screening, initial assessments, and interview coordination** for technical roles.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain **daily reports** on recruitment progress, including shortlisted profiles and hiring metrics.
- Work effectively as part of a **team**, contributing to overall hiring goals and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of **technical recruitment** processes and industry trends.
- Experience using **job portals** such as Naukri and Shine for sourcing and hiring.
- Ability to work **independently as well as collaboratively in a team**.
- Excellent **communication and coordination** skills.
- Passion for recruitment and delivering **high-quality talent** to the organization.
