**Job Title**: IT Recruiter (Remote)

**Experience**: 1+ Year in Hiring Technical Roles

**Salary**: 10,000 - 12,000 per month

**Location**: Remote (Flexible Schedule)

We are looking for a skilled **IT Recruiter** with at least **1 year of experience in hiring for technical roles** to join our team. This is a fully remote position with a **flexible schedule**, allowing you to work from anywhere while ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and engage with top tech talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **1+ year of experience** in IT/technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of **technical job roles, skills, and hiring processes**.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Excel /Google Sheets and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive in a **remote work environment**.
