Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Junior Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in the dental and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare recruitment, excellent LinkedIn networking skills, and the ability to handle multiple open positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and dental positions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Utilize and update a personal candidate database effectively.
  • Source and connect with qualified professionals through LinkedIn and other job platforms, especially within medical and dental domains.
  • Handle 3–4 open positions per day, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Achieve a minimum of one successful offer per month.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment data and reports.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or dental staffing.
  • Proven experience in pipeline management and database utilization.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and medical networking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Consistent record of achieving hiring goals or offer targets.
  • Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable high-speed internet connection to perform remote work efficiently.
