We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified medical and healthcare professionals for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical staff, and administrative healthcare positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to joining.
- Screen resumes, evaluate candidates' qualifications, and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and documentation requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and update databases regularly.
- Stay updated with healthcare industry trends and job demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of medical and healthcare job roles.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, References).
- Good negotiation & coordination abilities.
Preferred
- Experience hiring nurses, doctors, and paramedical staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing.
