**Job Title**: US Healthcare Recruiter
**Location**: Work From Home

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campus Hiring**: Organize and manage recruitment drives in Indian colleges and universities for entry-level positions.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and expand a robust talent pipeline using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools like Zoho Recruit or Taleo.
- **Recruitment Metrics**: Track and report on recruitment performance metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- **Compliance**: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to Indian labor laws and company policies.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with staffing agencies and other recruitment partners for specific hiring needs.

**Experience Required**:

- **Work Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare recruitment, specifically within the US job market.
- Proven experience working with both direct hiring and vendor-based recruitment models.
- **Tools Expertise**:

- US specific job portals like Monster, Careerbuilder, and Dice.
- Social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, Ceipal, or Workday.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Expertise in networking and relationship building within the US talent pool.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing hiring needs.
- Deep knowledge of US labor laws and compliance standards.
