We're looking for an energetic and experienced Pharma & Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team

You'll be hiring top talent for our U.S.-based Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare clients, working remotely from India on U.S. night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles in Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare domains (contract and full-time).
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand complex client requirements.
  • Source top candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean/X-Ray search, and referrals.
  • Conduct candidate screening for scientific expertise and communication skills.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain all candidate data and activity within the ATS ( CEIPAL).
  • Deliver quality candidates under tight deadlines across U.S. time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of recruitment experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domains.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients and familiarity with employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working remote (Night Shift – U.S. hours).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for Pharma companies, CROs, or Life Science consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with FDA, GCP, and clinical trial terminology.
