**Shift timings: 7 PM - 3 AM**

**Location: Initially Remote**

**Notice Period: 15 days / Immediate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to relevant legal and ethical standards, including patient privacy regulations (HIPAA) and equal opportunity employment laws.
- Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and recruitment best practices to enhance your understanding of the healthcare job market.
- Work closely with other recruiters, HR professionals, and management to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to team success.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Passion for the healthcare industry** and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of **healthcare roles, certifications, and requirements is a plus.**:

- Proficiency in using applicant Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
