  4. Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical roles, from entry-level to mid-level positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a foundational understanding of IT terminology and roles, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with great career opportunities.

  1. Key Responsibilities

  2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:

  3. Actively source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of channels including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri), social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or high-priority technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, QA Engineers, Data Analysts).
  5. Candidate Management:
  6. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  7. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  8. Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Hiring Process & Offer Management:
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  11. Assist in negotiating salary, benefits, and finalizing offer details in alignment with company policies and budget.
  12. Prepare and extend offer letters.
  13. Stakeholder Communication:
  14. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and prioritize open requisitions.
  15. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and market trends.
  16. Market Research & Compliance:
  17. Stay up-to-date on IT industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive compensation benchmarks.
  18. Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to labor laws and company policies.

  19. Required Skills & Qualifications

  20. Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment (e.g., IT services firm, tech company).

  21. Technical Acumen: Foundational understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and stacks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Cloud, DevOps, networking, data science).
  22. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using professional networking sites (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, and boolean search techniques.
  23. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex roles clearly to candidates.
  24. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  25. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
