We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains. This role requires a mix of strategy, communication, and an understanding of modern tech stacks to identify candidates who are not just qualified but also a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team goals
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering, product, and design roles
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in house or agency
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or GitHub
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
