Meeting TA demand and supply Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques & XRay searching capabilities. - Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations. - Ability to meet daily targets. - Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. - Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations Skills/Experience - Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process - Should be an excellent team player - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation). - Strong Sourcing skills. **Career Break, Gap Year are Accepted.** **This is a Work from the Home assignment.** **A person should have good quality Laptop and a high-speed internet connection.** **>** **Job type: Work from home (Full Time / Remote working) (No Dual Employment allowed)** **> Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm** **>Working days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off.** **>Salary: 11 k to 19 K per month (Gross).
