About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions across different levels. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of sourcing top talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical (engineering, product, IT, etc.) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations, HR, etc.) roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and define candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess suitability.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to align on workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years handling both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building long-term hiring strategies.
