Role & responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the IT services market & achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they achieve their individual and collective sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their IT needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly review sales performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, identifying new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the SA team to understand the IT services offered and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients, addressing their specific business challenges.
- Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the company's IT services portfolio through continuous training and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, customer engagement, and overall service delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- 14+ years of Sales Management experience
- Technical Qualifications - In depth knowledge on Enterprise IT/Networking/Security/Cloud service business along with IT Hardware business.
- Enterprise Solution & Consultative Selling background
