Role Overview-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our North India sales operations. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- High-Ticket Orders: Command premium prices with order value regularly reaching seven figures.
- Elite Clientele: Work directly with highly successful ultra-high-net-worth individuals on their dream residences.
- Build Architect Relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with top architects, enhancing your professional network in luxury design.
- Exceptional Earnings: Achieve and exceed your financial goals with uncapped commission structures tailored to high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities-
- Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate high-end residential and commercial markets.
- Manage and motivate the regional sales team for performance excellence.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and HNI clients.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams for seamless project delivery.
Requirements-
- Graduate / MBA with 8-12 years of experience in luxury interiors, modular furniture, or architectural products.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing premium client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
