Role Overview-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our North India sales operations. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

  • High-Ticket Orders: Command premium prices with order value regularly reaching seven figures.
  • Elite Clientele: Work directly with highly successful ultra-high-net-worth individuals on their dream residences.
  • Build Architect Relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with top architects, enhancing your professional network in luxury design.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate high-end residential and commercial markets.
  • Manage and motivate the regional sales team for performance excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and HNI clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams for seamless project delivery.

Requirements-

  • Graduate / MBA with 8-12 years of experience in luxury interiors, modular furniture, or architectural products.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing premium client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
