Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will also oversee sales team performance, provide training and mentorship, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the medical consumables or healthcare industry is a plus
