Role Overview - Regional Sales (North India)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to promote sales and business development for our Cruise and Luxury Travel vertical in the North Region of India. The individual will focus on developing B2B and B2C channels, partnerships, and promoting premium cruise liners travel experiences to achieve revenue targets.
Your passion for travel, cruise industry knowledge, and sales expertise will be essential for success in this role.
1.
Sales & Business Development
· Drive sales for STIC's portfolio of international cruise liners in the North region.
· Identify, develop, and manage relationships with travel agents, luxury tour operators, corporates, and HNIs.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
2.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and corporate clients.
· Conduct regular product presentations, trainings, and workshops for agents and partners.
· Act as the primary contact for cruise partners for the North region.
3. Marketing & Promotion
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotions, roadshows, and trade events.
· Represent STIC and partner cruise liners at exhibitions, fairs, and B2B events in the region.
· Enhance product visibility and awareness through localized marketing initiatives.
4. Operations Support
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experience.
· Support trade partners with itineraries, quotations, and product knowledge.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Provide timely reports on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Weekly reports on CRM, sales performance, pipelines and closures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Luxury / outbound / cruise sales
- In-depth knowledge of international destinations
- Excellent communication skill
- Sales-driven and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office , sales software and CRM systems.
