Cruise Operations & Bookings Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Cruise Operations & Bookings

  • Manage end-to-end cruise booking processes for domestic and international itineraries.
  • Coordinate with cruise liners for availability, pricing, and special requests.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely handling of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

2. Customer Engagement & Tele-Sales

  • Conduct tele-sales to promote cruise packages and upsell services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Provide detailed information about itineraries, destinations, and onboard services.

3. Coordination & Documentation

  • Act as a liaison between clients and cruise liners for operational queries.
  • Manage all documentation related to bookings, including invoices, confirmations, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local standards for cruise travel.

4. Reporting & Feedback

  • Prepare periodic sales and booking reports to track performance.
  • Maintain all leads and bookings in the assigned format.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.

Qualifications & Skills
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cruise operations, tele-sales, or outbound operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office & travel booking softwares.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
