Guest Relations Specialist

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them via phone, email, and chat to find and book the perfect getaway.
  • Understand guest preferences and guide them through our unique collection of vacation homes.
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a smooth booking process.
  • Coordinate with property owners to accommodate guest requests and special requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date property details, availability, and rates in our reservation system.
  • Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance their future experiences.
  • Monitor booking trends and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.

What We're Looking For
