Job Purpose:

The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, handling their queries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth operational flow within the cinema premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their respective auditoriums or lounges, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing bulk bookings, tele-reservations, and walk-in reservations efficiently.
  • Support the Duty Manager in daily cinema operations and special events.
  • Maintain and analyze customer feedback reports to identify improvement areas.
  • Escort VIP guests and corporate clients to designated areas, ensuring premium-level service.
  • Coordinate with the Box Office and F&B teams to provide timely and accurate guest assistance.
  • Manage the cinema site cell and ensure all communication is handled promptly and courteously.
  • Uphold hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per company policy.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to team development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
  • Experience:
    2–4 years of experience in hospitality, or cinema operations (Candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
