Job Title

The Guest Relations Executive is the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. This role involves greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling feedback, and maintaining smooth communication between guests and the restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and special requests for personalized service.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, adhering to grooming and dress standards.
  • Promote the restaurant's special offers, events, and loyalty programs to enhance guest engagement.
  • Assist with hosting VIPs and coordinating group bookings or special events.
  • Keep the reception and waiting area organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Prepare daily reports on guest feedback and reservations for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fine dining setup preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
