We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservation - Front Office specialist in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, reservation management, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and guest services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell hotel services and packages.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems, procedures, and protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all aspects of work.
