Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations within an assigned region (NCR) . Day-to-day tasks include developing sales plans, meeting sales goals, expanding customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team, leading sales teams, and providing training and support to ensure sales targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Sales Strategy and Sales Planning
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM and Sales Software
  • Relevant industry experience (manufacturing, retail, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking for understanding client requirements and devising solutions.
  • Prior experience in Enterprise Software sales is must.
  • Prior experience in Sales of Industrial automation software solutions, Track and trace applications is preferable.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Automation, IIOT and Industry 4.0 software solutions is preferable.
  • Preferrable to have own vehicle for visits.
