Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - Luxury Sales, located in Gurugram. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and reporting on sales performance. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to identify and pursue New Business Opportunities and ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills to manage Sales Teams and set Sales Targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in luxury sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
