  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showcases and presentations, both in-person and virtually, to clients across different locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Scapes Hospitality.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster their professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, wealth management, high-end automobile sales, events, or advertising.
  • Open to travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and the ability to sell second homes and legacy properties.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to showcase properties and meet clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the Kasauli and Goa real estate markets is a plus.
