Manager Sales- Luxury Real Estate

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showcases and presentations, both in-person and virtually, to clients across different locations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Scapes Hospitality.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, wealth management, high-end automobile sales, events, or advertising.
- Open to travel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and the ability to sell second homes and legacy properties.
- Willingness to travel frequently to showcase properties and meet clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Kasauli and Goa real estate markets is a plus.
